The size and position of the PNR Watcher alert window is saved in the PNRWatcherSettings file, located in the Users Documents / Navitas directory.
On rare occasions the position of this window might need to be reset.
In the first instance you can type in RESETPNRWATCHERSCREEN into the GDS and that should clear the current screen position saved in the settings file. Once done perform your usual entry to invoke PNR Watcher to check if the screen has reappeared for you.
If the above doesn't work, you may need to remove the settings file itself. To do this, simply go to the Documents, Navitas folder and you will see 2 files – PNRWatcherSettings.xml and statements.xml. Delete the one called PNRWatcherSettings.xml and then invoke PNR Watcher and the alert window should reset its position.
