Due to the way the new Amadeus Smartscripting API works, our software needs to connect to the correct 'Amadeus SmartTool' configuration to allow communication to the current Session.
Amadeus Selling Platform Connect currently only permits one 'App Store' SmartTool configuration per office ID and in some instances two configurations are accidentally created by Amadeus - in these cases our software will prompt for the user to select which Office ID Configuration should be used, however the list of options will display the same OID in the list.

To check if your OID has been incorrectly configured, select the 'About' menu option, and then select 'Amount Amadeus Selling Platform Connect' from the menu,
The look in the list of 'SmartTool' options configured and if you have more than 1 with 'App Store' configured, then you will need to ask your Amadeus Account Manager to merge the 'App Store' configurations into one SmartTool configuration for your agency.
Once Amadeus has updated your Agency configuration, our tools will no longer prompt for which configuration to use.
