Navitas Solutions is very pleased to announce we have implemented an all new Support Centre that includes the following functionality for our customers
Here you can raise general questions to our customer community, or suggest enhancements to products, services we offer. Announcements from Navitas Solutions will also be made in here to keep you up to date with news and releases of software etc.
Support Ticket Tracking
Use this feature to raise any specific issues you are experiencing with any of the applications and solutions supplied by Navitas Solutions. You will be sent an email with your ticket number and information on how you can track your ticket through our resolution process.
The new system also allows our customers to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and these are now automatically logged within the system.
The new Support Centre is just one piece of our overall systems enhancement we have undertaken in the last few weeks - as we have introduced an all new Marketing system, a new CRM system which are all nicely integrated back to the new accounts package we introduced in June 2010.
