How do I write a PNR Watcher rule that fires when a particular Client File is moved?

1) Open PNR Watcher Administration tool (Start-Programs-Navitas Solutions-PNR Watcher)

2) Click Maintain Rules

3) Click Create

4) Select HostSession from the Booking File Fields list and Exists (under Criteria)

5) Specify your Rule - Action.

In my example I want to display an alert, giving information about the customer

6) Complete the Details tab - add a Rule Name, Description, select a Department and assign a Priority

 7) Finally you need to add in the Entry Trigger(s) - when you want the rule to fire. We do this using Regular Expressions

If we want the rule to fire when the Client File is moved then we would pattern match against this entry CMT/NAVITAS1
