v3.0.5 - Released 27 Mar 2026

Updated solution to be able to idendify NDC Air segments on Travelport after they changed the status code used for NDC bookings.

System now uses latest version of the PNR Retrival API - which provides an indicator in the XML as which channel - GDS, NDC, and potentially Low Cost (in the future) was used for the booking.

v3.0.4 - Released 12 Sep 2025

Resolves two issue discovered:

• Schedule failed to start correctly if the check box was ticked. If the system was restarted, an the schedule activated the schdeule would then work correctly.  Issue found with the settings validation on the check box click which caused an error.  Issue now resolved.
• System would fail to emulate into other branches if any PNR had errored when processing.  Effectively leaving the system on queue, it was then unable to emulate into other branches to continue processing. Introduced logic to ensure the system was totally off queue before attempting to emulate.

Further update to stop SMTP Username and Password from being mandatory when entering SMTP details. (Some customers sent the email to an internal distribution list on their internal SMTP server - and therefore do not need to provide a Username / Password).

A major release of the solution, introducing many new features and enhancements :

• The solution is now compatible with Travelport, Amadeus and Sabre
• It has the ability to use the GDS Desktop/Website session if run on a machine with the GDS consultant application (i.e Smartpoint, Amadeus Selling Platform Connect, or Sabre Red) OR can now be configured to work independantly using GDS Web Service credentials
• The interface is now dynamic depending on the GDS and connection methodology - as the schedule can only be utilised in certain scenarios:
  • If Web Services are being used, or
  • If the GDS is Galileo
• The Logging is now is a seperate tab and provides greater detail.  In depth logging is also stored on the machine for any fault resolution :

• The Email template has been greatly updated.  PNR's with missing tickets are now grouped against the sign-on of the user that created them for easier distribution of workload :

  

• Procesing options have now been updated to have the system exclude Low Cost bookings and NDC bookings:

Please note - this is a major re-enginering of the solution - and while the system will try to read in the existing configuration, you may find that you need to re-enter certain parts of the configuration again the first time you launch the new version.

This version incorporates the latest colour scheme on the user interface.  Additionally, this release resolves an issue for Amadeus customers where the system would try to logon to the GDS if necessary - however this functionality isn't possible for Amadeus Selling Platform Connect, and thus the system would error at this point.

Major update to the interface - users now have the ability to set the time and day span in the schedule on a per day basis.

Updates to the underlying framework to ensure more ticketed PNR's are removed from the queue.

Amadeus UA segments sometimes contain 'DEFAULT ZONE CODE' in the seat data which was causing an error. Furthermore, the system wasn't capturing the involuntary indicator in the Amadeus E-Ticket screen, and therefore those segments were being classified as un-ticketed.
