Microsoft have released an update to their Outlook Email client which seems to have changed the default handling of pasted in HTML code from external applications, such as Decoder Suite. This can mean that expected colours, logo position and other layouts may not look correct when pasted into a new Outlook Email.
To address the issue, your IT team will need to revert this setting to allow Pasted In HTML to keep its formatting. To perform this, open the Outlook Options screen and select the 'Mail' item from the list on the left side of the popup dialog. Then select the 'Editor Opotions' button,
Once open, select the 'Advanced' option from the left side of the screen, and then scroll to the 'Cut, copy and paste' section,
Find the 'Pasting from other programs' option in the list and ensure the 'Keep Source Formatting' option is selected,
Once this setting has been changed, pasting of output from Decoder Suite will now display correctly in Outlook.
