This document details the override commands that can be entered in a PNR. The Itin To X robotic will read these entries, and determine how to action the PNR.
As standard, the robotic will use the default settings - meaning it will :
- use all emails found in the PNR
- use the template marked as default in your configuration
- use the default remarks
- use the Email From address used in your configuration
Alternatively, as with all Navitas Solutions' products, we can customise the system so that the Itin To X Robotic extracts and utilises information from the PNR, or defaults to different a different Template, Remark or Email From etc.
However, on occasion there may be times when you need to have the system make different selections - and therefore, through the use of various remark lines, you can override the default or customised behaviours on a PNR by PNR basis.
The Itin To X Robotic will check the remarks of each PNR for override details. These are entered using the following entries for each GDS:
GDS | Remark Entry |
Galileo | NP. |
Amadeus | RM |
Sabre | 5 |
The format of the remarks to use follows the following pattern:
{GDS Remark Entry}{ItinToX Robotic Qualifier}{Field Qualifier}*{data}
Where :
{GDS Remark Entry} = (as above) NP. or RM or 5
{ItinToX Robotic Qualifier} = I2X*
{Field Qualifer} = eg EMAILTO (detailed below)
{data} = where you enter the details you want the system to use.
ItinToXRobotic Qualifiers
There are 8 different fields that can be overridden using the remark entries :
