Navitas Pre-Requisites

The Navitas pre-requisites installer updates workstations with Galileo Desktop/Smartpoint to support the latest API queries and structured responses.  This file only needs to be run once on each workstation to ensure compatibility with our software.

PLEASE NOTE: This installer MUST be run with Administrator rights to the local machine as it updates files within the 'c:\program files (x86)' directory infrastructure.

Once the EXE/MSI has downloaded, ensure to mark it as 'Safe' (Unblock) before trying to run the installation.  This can be done by right clicking on the EXE/MSI file and selecting 'Properties'

Then selecting the 'Unblock' check box and clicking OK

It is now safe to run the installation.

To Verify Installation Once Complete: Open the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Galileo International Shared\UtaDAA\DFL folder and make sure a file called 'PNRBFManagement_59.dfl' is present.  If this file is not available, the installation has been blocked and must be rerun, usually this means the computer must be logged in as a local Administrator before running (instead of just using an elevated user).

Special Notes

v1.1.4 (and above) of the PreRequisites EXE installer (attached) now permits a Silent Install to be performed using the /S command line parameter when running the EXE. 

As of 1.1.5 we now provide a MSI file for those agencies who require this for their deployment mechanisms. The MSI has been signed using our Code Signing Certificate.
