Outlined below is our planned timelines with important milestones for the Migration of all Amadeus customers to the new 'Navitas Hub' communications platform. Please ensure your agency is aware of the below dates and important actions required.
COMPLETED STAGES/DATES
Date: Monday 24th March 2025
Status: COMPLETE
Details: Amadeus has updated all current customer Selling Platform Connect Office ID’s with access to the Navitas Hub Connector SmartTool.
Date: Tuesday 25th March 2025
Status: COMPLETE
Details: Navitas Solutions BETA program launched with several customers testing the new ‘Navitas Hub’ solution.
Date: Monday 14th April 2025
Status: COMPLETE
Details: New versions of all products to be released, compatible with both the Amadeus SmartScripting Bridge and the new ‘Navitas Hub’. Those customers who have successfully deployed the ‘Navitas Hub’ to their computers will automatically switch to using the new communications infrastructure. This date also signifies the end of the BETA programme and BETA customers will be contacted with instructions to remove any BETA versions of our products.

- Decoder Suite v1.15.2
- Itinerary To X v3.0.2
- VisaEase v2.5.1
- Delegate Tracker v3.2.1
Date: Friday 3rd April 2025 ONGOING
Status: COMPLETE
Target Completion: Friday 25th April 2025
Details: All customers are to start planning the roll out of the new ‘Navitas Hub’ solution to all computers currently utilising any of our products on Amadeus Selling Platform Connect. We have created online articles in our Help Desk Knowledge Base with full instructions on how to download and install this application.

Details: This is the target completion date for the installation of the ‘Navitas Hub’ by all customers.
Date: Monday 28th April 2025
Status: COMPLETE
Details: New versions of all products to be released that will only operate using the new ‘Navitas Hub’ solution. Please Note: Any customers who have not deployed the ‘Navitas Hub’ will lose access to our applications on this date.

Date: Wednesday 30th April 2025
Status: COMPLETE
Details: Amadeus will start to decommission their SmartScripting Bridge solution for all customers from this date.
Date: Monday 5th May 2025
Status: COMPLETE
Details: Amadeus has removed the old 'Navitas Desktop Connector' from all Office ID's globally thus removing all connection to their SmartScripting Bridge. Note: This leaves the 'Navitas Hub Connector' as the only SmartTool required for our software to operate.
This marks the end of the Navitas Hub Migration Plan and all stages are now complete. We appreciate everyones assistance during the change over period.
