In some rare cases, the user may find they can no longer upload Class or Seat checks when they are a valid user on the site. The error message they may get will be
If the user is able to log into the website correctly, their user details will need to reset on their local computer.
To do this navigate to the Users 'appdata\local\CheckMateUploader' folder and delete the folder contained within it. There will only be the one folder and no other files.
The folder will be a randomised folder name starting with 'CheckMateUploader.exe_Url_', so on my machine where I log into Windows using the username of Paul, the folder I would open is
c:\users\paul\AppData\local\CheckMateUploader
and it contains a single folder called, CheckMateUploader.exe_Url_erd4cudyo0y4lqwmmv4jla4xurowjd0b'
this is the one that needs to be removed.
Once the folder has been deleted, relaunch the CheckMate uploader and log in with the credentials used to log into the website. The user should now be able to upload their class and seat checks as required.
